Tahini Cardamom Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 ½ cups hempseed
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet -- making sure everything is evenly spread and touching. This forms chunky clumps!
  • Bake at 325 for 35 minutes until sizzly and beginning to brown be on bottom.
  • Allow to cool completely and then break up into chunks. Store in fridge and enjoy!
