Sweet Cashew Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup nondairy milk the thicker the better and full fat coconut milk will make this thiccccc
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and serve as a dip right away.
  • Or refrigerate to thicken and use as frosting or pasty cream.
