Preheat the oven to 325° F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together oats, hempseeds, sun flower seeds, sesame seeds and salt, if using. Set aside.
In a smaller bowl, add the melted coconut oil, sun butter, and maple syrup and stir until well combined.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and coat everything well.
Add the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evening, allow everything to touch. This will allow the granola to be chunky!
Bake the granola for 25 to 35 minutes until sizzly and things begin to brown.
Let cool before breaking up into pieces. Store in fridge for the longest lasting results!
