¼teaspoonsalt (omit if your almond butter already has salt)
1 ½cupalmond flour
3tablespoonsmaca powder (optional)
½cupchocolate chips (I prefer coconut sugar sweetened)
Instructions
Combine the almond butter, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt (and maca powder if using) until a dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips until well incorporated.
Roll into 1" balls and chill until firm enough to hold. I have had them both when they're slightly firm, and completely chilled -- both are great!
Notes
A fun addition would be when the cookie dough bites are firm, to dip these in chocolate. Dip each one in melted chocolate and line on wax paper or a silicone mat. Put back in fridge to set up. And then snack away on these delish cookie dough bites!
