Homemade Gelatin

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cup juice or fruit purée
  • ¼ cup water divided
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder

Instructions

  • Bloom gelatin in half the water for about ten minutes.
  • Boil the other half of the water and pour over bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Whisk into juice or fruit purée and refrigerate for several hours.
  • Once firm, cut up and enjoy this jiggly, wiggly dessert!
