Golden Milk (Turmeric Milk)
Golden milk (aka turmeric milk) is so warm and comforting while also packing a boost of health for you!

Ingredients

teaspoon
turmeric
¾
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
½
teaspoon
ground ginger
¼
teaspoon
ground cardamom
1
pinch
ground black pepper
2
cups
nondairy milk of choice (coconut and oat are my favs)
1-2
teaspoons
maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Whisk all the spices into milk.
Bring the spiced up milk to a boil and turn off the heat.
Pour golden milk into a cup (strain if you want an extra smooth finish).
Add sweetener to taste and stir. Add a little foam if you wish. Serve hot and savor your cup of golden milk sunshine.
Notes
You can serve this iced as well!
