Ginger Turmeric Smoothie Shot

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 big knob of ginger
  • 1 big knob of turmeric or ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • a good twist of freshly cracked black pepper (equivalent to a pinch!)

Instructions

  • Throw all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until kingdom come (aka until it's super smooth).
  • Pour into a glass container, seal, and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Take a couple tablespoons whenever you need a nice wake up call or boost of flavor and vitamins.
