Everything Bagel Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 ½ tablespoons dried minced garlic
  • 1 ½ tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt or flaky sea salt if you're fancy (optional, see note)

Instructions

  • In a jar, add all ingredients and stir or shake until well combined.
  • Sprinkle on anything and everything your heart chooses -- popcorn, bread, avocado toast, eggs, rice and more!

Notes

If you live a low-sodium life, you can skip the salt in the seasoning blend and just add salt to the dishes you sprinkle this on (or skip it entirely). Just 'cause you've living that low-sodium life doesn't mean you can't enjoy some everything bagel seasoning!
