Doughy Ball Bites

Ingredients

  • 3 parts dry ingredients (like oat flour, almond flour, cashew flour — anything you can eat raw!)
  • 3 parts nut or seed butter
  • 1 part liquid sweetness (maple syrup, honey, date syrup, etc.)
  • 1-2 parts mix-ins like chocolate chips, raisins, nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix, roll, snack, and refrigerate the rest!
  • Note: Tweak as needed based on the consistency of your nut butter (drippy vs more solid) and dry ingredients (like coconut flour…that’s a beast of its own).
