In a high-speed blender, add avocado, raw cashews, cacao, maple, vanilla, and salt.
Blend until completely smooth. This may take a little time but feel free to add 1-2 tablespoons of water if things aren't getting smooth as can be. You shouldn't see any flecks of cashews.
Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.
When frozen, pop them out of the molds and enjoy the creamy, dreamy pudding pop of love!
