Chaat Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peaches
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon amchur powder, optional but adds a subtle tartness to the pop!
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Chaat masala

Instructions

  • Blend together the peaches, maple, vanilla, and amchur (if using).
  • Evenly distribute the blueberry layer between all the molds.
  • Freeze popsicles in molds for several hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, drizzle tamarind chutney on a popsicle and sprinkle with chaat masala. Enjoy!
