Cashew Buttercup
A cashew butter cup is just 15 minutes and a few ingredients away from your personal enjoyment!
- 2 tablespoons chocolate coconut sugar sweetened is my personal preference
- 1 teaspoon coconut butter
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- ½ teaspoon date syrup or maple syrup
Coat a muffin liner with melted chocolate and place in freezer while preparing the filling.
In a separate bowl, combine the coconut butter, cashew butter, and date syrup until smooth.
Fill muffin liner with nut butter filling and gently tap on counter to level.
Cover the nut butter with the remaining melted chocolate.
Place in freezer for ten minutes or until all the chocolate is solidified.
