Cardamom Mango Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango, frozen or fresh (but if fresh, serve chilled or over ice)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup water
  • teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, depending on sweetness of your mangos and preference

Instructions

  • Place mango, lemon juice, water and cardamom into a blender and and blend until completely smooth.
  • After well blended, test for sweetness and add sweetener to preference (if any).
  • If using frozen mangos, serve as is or otherwise chill in fridge or serve over ice.
