Blue Matcha Latte

If you like matcha, you will love this beautiful butterfly pea flower latte! It's as tasty as it's gorgeous. When you foam your milk, it feels like you're drinking a little bit of the sky!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • ½ teaspoon date or maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk of choice, I prefer oatmilk

Instructions

  • In heatproof cup, add butterfly pea flower powder, cinnamon and hot water. Stir until powder is all dissolved.
  • Add sweetener and stir again until combined well.
  • Bring milk to a boil, foaming if desired. Pour over the concentrated butterfly pea flower mix and watch the beauty unfold. Enjoy!
