Ingredients
1teaspoonbutterfly pea flower powder
¼teaspooncinnamon
1tablespoonhot water
½teaspoondate or maple syrup
1cupunsweetened nondairy milk of choice, I prefer oatmilk
Instructions
In heatproof cup, add butterfly pea flower powder, cinnamon and hot water. Stir until powder is all dissolved.
Add sweetener and stir again until combined well.
Bring milk to a boil, foaming if desired. Pour over the concentrated butterfly pea flower mix and watch the beauty unfold. Enjoy!
