In a high-speed blender, add avocado, raw cashews, cacao, maple, vanilla, and salt.
Blend until completely smooth. This may take a little time but feel free to add 1-2 tablespoons of water if things aren't getting smooth as can be. You shouldn't see any flecks of cashews.
Pour into a glass container and pop in the fridge for several hours until complete chilled.
Serve by the heaping spoonful and enjoy!
