Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups oats
  • 1 ¼ cups gluten free flour (use a 1:1 type!)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 6 large apples, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Mix apples and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and spread evenly in a large baking dish.
  • Mix coconut oil, coconut sugar, remaining cinnamon, oats, flour, salt until crumbly. Sprinkle all over apples.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until apples are very soft when pierced with a fork/knife.
  • Allow to cool slightly and serve (with or without vanilla ice cream or whipped topping)! Or eat cold the next day. It’s been my breakfast many a day
