Mix apples and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and spread evenly in a large baking dish.
Mix coconut oil, coconut sugar, remaining cinnamon, oats, flour, salt until crumbly. Sprinkle all over apples.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until apples are very soft when pierced with a fork/knife.
Allow to cool slightly and serve (with or without vanilla ice cream or whipped topping)! Or eat cold the next day. It’s been my breakfast many a day
