New year, new granola recipe! I’m kind of loving tahini cardamom and this TAHINI CARDAMOM GRANOLA is a great way to enjoy flavors and textures!
Tahini Cardamom Granola
Ingredients
- 3 cups oats
- 1 ½ cups hempseed
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet — making sure everything is evenly spread and touching. This forms chunky clumps!
- Bake at 325 for 35 minutes until sizzly and beginning to brown be on bottom.
- Allow to cool completely and then break up into chunks. Store in fridge and enjoy!
