Sweet Cashew Cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup nondairy milk the thicker the better and full fat coconut milk will make this thiccccc
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and serve as a dip right away.
- Or refrigerate to thicken and use as frosting or pasty cream.
