Stick with me and you’ll never buy HONEY MUSTARD again!!!
I mean, I guess I’ve never bought bottled honey mustard before, but I most definitely had my fill of this exotic dressing and dip at the salad bar or on nugs in my youth. And now as a fully grown adult human being that can eat whatever I want (but not really aaaaanything because of allergies and, ya know, weird grown-up things), I lightly drizzle it on chunky salads.
You might be thinking “umm, why are you making a post about honey mustard?! It’s way too easy” and to that, I say “exactly!” It’s so easy there’s no reason not to share! Now I hope you take that sentiment and run to make your own! Because it’s too easy.
Remember these ratios and make your own forever and ever amen.
1 part honey (I use raw honey)
2-3* parts dijon and/or stone ground mustard (less if you like yours on the sweeter side, more if you like that mustard flav to shine)
1/2 part apple cider vinegar
*I personally like the 3:1 ratio of mustard to honey.
