DOUGHY BALL BITES! (If you think of a better name, let me know 🤷🏾♀️😂)
Typically, I make food by adding ingredients until it feels right. But if I’m looking to replicate while being simple and consistent, I’m a believer in ratios! I can big batch it or baby batch it without looking at a recipe.

In the first batch shown, I used oat flour, almond butter and maple (+ a few chips for cookie vibes 🍪), and the second batch I used almond flour + cacao powder, almond butter and maple.

Doughy Ball Bites
Ingredients
- 3 parts dry ingredients (like oat flour, almond flour, cashew flour — anything you can eat raw!)
- 3 parts nut or seed butter
- 1 part liquid sweetness (maple syrup, honey, date syrup, etc.)
- 1-2 parts mix-ins like chocolate chips, raisins, nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mix, roll, snack, and refrigerate the rest!
- Note: Tweak as needed based on the consistency of your nut butter (drippy vs more solid) and dry ingredients (like coconut flour…that’s a beast of its own).
