TWO INGREDIENT HOMEMADE GELATIN! Enjoy your favorite fruity flavs using fruit purée or juice!
For this version pictured, I pureed fresh strawberries!
Fun fact: I loved jello so much as an adolescent, I wrote a speech about it 🤓
Homemade Gelatin
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup juice or fruit purée
- ¼ cup water divided
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in half the water for about ten minutes.
- Boil the other half of the water and pour over bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
- Whisk into juice or fruit purée and refrigerate for several hours.
- Once firm, cut up and enjoy this jiggly, wiggly dessert!
