I recently moved and the name of the game was hydration and eating up all we could. So I combined the two in one frozen effort. Coconut water + all the berries + freezer = COCO BERRY ICE POPS!
This is hands down my favorite packaged coconut water. It’s got the real flavor and it’s so refreshing. There’s a pink hue that’s natural due to the oxidation process. Full disclosure, for ice pop pictured on this post, I didn’t have this brand on hand. But it doesn’t change the fact that it’s my favorite brand, okay? Sometimes ya just gotta go with what the grocery people have.
This hardly constitutes a recipe, but I’d be amiss to not share with you what I did for those of you that wish to hear the steps. So, without further delay, here’s the “recipe” for coco berry ice pops!
Coco Berry Ice Pops
Ingredients
- Coconut water
- Berries of choice (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, anything!! You can even venture into non-berry territory, dare I say)
Instructions
- In a popsicle mold, place berries of choice in the cavity.
- Pop a stick into the berries, going all the way through the cavity.
- Pour coconut water into each cavity of the mold and set in freezer until frozen.
