Sit back and embrace the heat as best as you can with this sweet and tart beverage that pulls from the fruits of the season. Naturally sweetened and whole-food based CHERRY LIMEADE!

Yes, I’ve collected quite a stack of summery drinks on here for you, particularly lemonade ones:
But this time around I’m highlighting lemon’s sister — lime! So green, so tart, sooo perfect for the summer.
Most recipes call for maraschino cherries and lemon-lime soda — but I try to limit my super refined sugar intake due to health stuff. But just ’cause we skip out on the sugar doesn’t mean things can’t be just as delish (AND make your body feel good!).
To make this cherry limeade, all you need to do is grab a nice handful of limes and some hefty handfuls of cherries (pitted). Toss them in a blender with some extra sweetness and give it a whirl! Then combine it with some sparkly seltzer and you’ve got a cool, refreshing drink to take you away into the late days of summer.
Cherry Limeade (Refined Sugar Free!)

- Chill this until nice and cold OR if you're pressed for time, grab some ice and fill two glasses halfway.
